Cancellation Policy

There is a minimum $20 cancellation fee for all reservations.

While we hope you'll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 540-337-3920. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.

Whenever possible, we will try to change the dates of your reservation. We are able to credit your camp account for the funds paid if you do not have specific dates chosen for your next reservation. We do so as a courtesy to our guests without incurring any additional fees.

 

RV AND TENT RESERVATIONS

  • In order to receive a refund of your deposit, you must cancel before one week prior to arrival. There is a $20 processing fee for all cancellations.

  • WIthin one week before arrival, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.

  • Campers who don't call and don't show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled without a refund of their deposit.

  • We do not offer refunds for weather.

CABIN RESERVATIONS

In order to receive a refund of your deposit, you must cancel two weeks prior to arrival. There is a $20 processing fee for all cancellations.

  • Within two weeks prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.

  • Campers who don't call and don't show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled without a refund of their deposit.

  • We do not offer refunds for weather.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS

  • The following weekends are considered "holidays": Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and our Halloween weekends. For these dates, please check our "Campground Events" page.

  • Tent and RVs: Within two weeks prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.

  • Cabins: Within three weeks prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.

EXTENDED-STAY DEPOSITS

  • All deposits for extended-stay reservations are non-refundable.
