Cancellation Policy

While we hope you'll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 540/337-3920.

Whenever possible, we will try to change the dates of your reservation. We can do this one time without incurring any additional fees.

 

RV and tent reservations

  • In order to receive a refund of your deposit, you must contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Outside of that 48 hour window, there is a $10 processing fee.
  • Once we are less than 48 hours from your time of arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
  • We do not offer refunds for weather.

 

Cabin reservations

  • In order to receive a refund of your deposit, you must contact our office at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Outside of that 72 hours window, there is a $10 processing fee.
  • Once we are less than 72 hours from your time of arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
  • We do not offer refunds for weather.

 

Holiday weekends

  • The following weekends are considered "holidays" in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and both our Halloween weekends. For these dates, please check out "Campground Events" page.
  • We will not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends, but are happy to move your dates if you need to change them. Please try to give us adequate notice, and be aware that we must have a firm date to move your reservation; we cannot simply carry a reservation with no date.

 

extended-stay deposits

  • All deposits for extended-stay reservations are non-refundable.
