| The Staunton / Walnut Hills KOA is located in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Whether you arrive in a travel trailer, motor home, fifth wheel, or pop- up we are the campground for you and your family! For the RV campers we have large level pull - through sites, shady full hook up lakefront back - ins, and water electric creek front pop-up sites available. Tent camping is also available in quiet water & electric or primitive sites, your choice. For the non-camper we have rental units consisting of kabins, kottages and kamping lodges for that home away from home feeling. New in 2011 Our newest V.I.K. (Very Important Kamper) sites are equipped with a unique patio camp fire area, a special barbeque grill, an optional "Buddy Site" (call for details).
For extra fun, join us for our family oriented activities and events or get out your tackle box and go fishing in our 2 acre Kerplonken Lake. Celebrating our 43rd year, enjoy movies on the big screen, games, cratfs, Ice Cream and Hot Dog socials. Our amenities include a swimming pool, game room, a playground for the kids, and a country store well stocked with food, ice, DVD rentals, golf cart rentals, bait, pool toys, gifts, propane, and RV supplies. Our newly remodeled pavilion is available for company picnics, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and receptions, please call for details.
