PREMIUM KOTTAGES
The Premium Kottage is an upgrade to our regular Housekeeping Kottage. Designed with a great room layout, this kottage is more accommodating to couples only. It comes equipped with more amenities. For your pleasure, these non-smoking units feature an electric fireplace, linen service, WiFi in the area, and daily newspaper delivery.
Check-In Time: 3:00pm **** Check-Out Time: 12:00noon
Early Check-In: $5.00 no sooner than 11:00am
Late Check-Out: $10.00 until 6:00pm
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:
Camping Sites - 48 Hours
To cancel your site reservation, notify us by 4 PM two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Kabin or Kottage
7 Days – To cancel your Kabin or Kottage reservation; notify us one week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to the deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations for a Holiday or Premium Weekend will result in forfeiture of deposit. There are no other refunds or credits given including those for early departure.
