HOUSEKEEPING KOTTAGES Housekeeping Kottages are 12 ft x 20 ft with a 6 ft covered porch and porch swing. Sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed with a single bunk bed over top, a sofa bed and a carpeted loft. They are equipped with a Color TV, VCR, Cable, and telephone service. There is a ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. Pots, dishes, silverware, toaster and coffee makers are provided. These units are family oriented and are designed to sleep up to five persons.

Cancellation Policy If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines: Camping Sites - 48 Hours To cancel your site reservation, notify us by 4 PM two days prior to your scheduled arrival. Kabin or Kottage 7 Days – To cancel your Kabin or Kottage reservation; notify us one week prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to the deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations for a Holiday or Premium Weekend will result in forfeiture of deposit. There are no other refunds or credits given including those for early departure.
