Our standard camping cabins are 12 ft x 12 ft with a 6-ft covered porch. These units are located in the tenting section of the park and afford you the most privacy. There is a ceiling light/fan combination. Some units have air conditioning and all have a small refrigerator. A cooking grill, fire ring and picnic table are outside. By insurance regulations, cooking and heating units are not allowed inside. Sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed and a bunk bed. These units are designed to sleep up to four persons. Check-In Time: 3:00pm Housekeeping Cottages are 12 ft x 20 ft with a 6 ft covered porch and porch swing. Sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed with a single bunk bed over top, a sofa bed and a carpeted loft. They are equipped with a Color TV, VCR, Cable, and telephone service. There is a ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. Pots, dishes, silverware, toaster and coffee makers are provided. These units are family oriented and are designed to sleep up to five persons.

Health department regulations prohibit pets in rental units; nor do we allow pets on cabin/cottage sites. Tents and additional sleeping facilities are not permitted on cabin/cottage sites. Linens and pillows are provided for an additional fee (please arrange in advance). Our units are designed for family occupancy. --- Thanks!

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:
Camping Sites - 48 Hours – To cancel your site reservation, notify us by 4 PM two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Cabin or Cottage – 7 Days – To cancel your Cabin or Cottage reservation; notify us one week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to the deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations for a Holiday or Premium Weekend will result in forfeiture of deposit. There are no other refunds or credits given including those for early departure.
